Operations Quality Control

GT Creative Solutions, Inc. will implement a rigorous Quality Assurance framework that aligns with our specialized language, cultural, and military support services for the Department of Defense and Homeland Security. Our approach centers on ISO 9001–compliant quality management practices complemented by ISO 27001 information security controls to safeguard sensitive data. We will establish a certified QA/PMO team in Los Angeles, responsible for defining standard operating procedures, checklists, and acceptance criteria for every deliverable—ranging from bilingual translation and cultural briefings to mission-critical liaison support. Each project will include a formal quality plan detailing inspection points at intake, mid-delivery, and final handoff, with explicit pass/fail criteria and objective evidence required for acceptance, such as verified translations, terminology consistency, and security clearance validation documents.
The quality workflow will employ multiple testing and verification steps: linguistic QA with native-speaker editors, cultural accuracy review by subject-matter experts, and operational readiness tests conducted in simulated environments to confirm timing, accuracy, and reliability. We will implement a feedback loop that captures client observations via bi-weekly PMO reviews, a formal customer satisfaction survey with a Net Promoter Score target of 60+ within the first year, and a structured CAPA (corrective and preventive action) process to address any nonconformities within 10 business days. Quality metrics will be tracked in a centralized, LA-hosted dashboard accessible to executives and DoD/Homeland Security program managers, including on-time delivery rate (target 98%), defect rate per deliverable
